A leading legal software company is seeking a Solutions Manager. This person will act as the product & solution expert for the company's business intelligence and matter management tools. The Solutions Manager will help drive product growth in the North American market. This will involve supporting the Sales team across pre-sales solutions and transforming data into relevant & engaging proposal documents. You will use your product expertise when engaging with current & potential clients, utilizing your deep understanding of current market challenges to ensure sales are fully qualified & solutions are fully scoped & technically viable before sign off. You will collaborate with both the Client Delivery & Commercial Products teams to ensure that ongoing programs of work & the product roadmap are relevant and successful.
Experience working with law firms on matter planning, pricing & cost management, consequently having a deep understanding of their financial metrics. Reporting and analytics experience as well as knowledge of BI / Data warehouse solutions & the Microsoft data platform technologies is required.
