We are actively recruiting for a market leading eDiscovery, Investigations and Cybersecurity software sales position. A proven track record in software sales is preferred. Will also consider eDiscovery services business development professionals who can demonstrate a track record of selling managed services.


  • Exceed sales targets and develop and execute a plan for target accounts
  • Develop and expand client relationships
  • Identify potential business opportunities with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with SME, Sales Engineers and colleagues
  • Proactively assess customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Develop a deep knowledge of products and solutions with the ability to communicate the value proposition of all offerings
  • Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiating commercial agreements to closing the deal
  • Document activity to accurately forecast. Exceed revenue goals, activity and pipeline


  • 5 years or more of direct sales experience, with a preference of experience selling enterprise software or eDiscovery services to consultancies, corporations, or eDiscovery services providers
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven track record of managing a territory
  • Track record of creating customer relationships and closing enterprise agreements
  • Proven experience gathering competitive intelligence, and delivering feedback from prospects and clients in the marketplace
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across he company
  • Ability to travel as required to perform role requirements
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and strong verbal and written communications skills
