Client Engagement Manager (Los Angeles)
The Client Engagement Manager leads a team of eDiscovery professionals for enterprise client service. The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for performance management of the team, and interacting with other departments to ensure consistent, high-level delivery and oversight. This position requires 10+ years of eDiscovery experience in a lead management role, with significant large client interaction, and understanding of budgets and service delivery. A bachelor's degree is required, with a J.D. and/or an MBA preferred.
