Serve as primary point of contact for case teams.
Project scoping and workflows.
Continuously track multiple projects within each department to ensure deadlines are met.
Work closely across all departments to ensure proper allocation of resources.
Serve as a liaison between the company, internal departments and the client.
Communicate frequently with client to troubleshoot issues and provide status updates.
3 plus years of project management experience.
Experience with Relativity. RCA preferred.
High level knowledge of eDiscovery services including; processing, hosting, review, and production.
Ability to work both on own and with limited supervision.
