A marketing leading eDiscovery provider is expanding an innovative Do it Yourself Cloud Based Solution. This Remote Position is a combination of project, product and people management. Experience with Relativity, Nuix and eCapture are critical. RCA preferred.
Point person for coordinating between the client and internal teams
Work with Product Development, Consulting and Engineering to define and improve support and define key functionality
Manage a team of support professionals
Server as the primary subject matter expert across platforms
Typical tasks include providing workflow guidance and support across processing, review and production functions, managing client escalations, generating and providing analysis of key reports, and participate in meetings
Providing sales/marketing support and thought leadership
Responsible for ensuring clients are utilizing the offerings appropriately and identifying when the customer experience requires migrating the customer to a full service delivery model
Primary point-person for coordinating transition between the various business functions
Identify opportunities to drive client success through advanced culling methods, improved review workflows, efficient production options, normalization of incoming data, and better end user workflows
Train new team members
Support the strategic direction of product development, service and process offerings. Analyze client feedback to make recommendations for improvement and development of new functionality and features.
Experience with Nuix, Relativity, and eCapture
BS/BA, RCA, JD or PMP certification
Four years or more of managing eDiscovery teams
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience providing technical service to clients via phone and email, web conferencing, etc.
Experience managing client and departmental budgets
