Legal Project Manager

The Legal Project Manager will work with lawyers and legal support professionals to provide project management support for the IP Litigation practice. The main duties of this role are operational – to work with matter teams to develop and implement a best practice approach to scoping, budgeting, setting up project phases, and project managing legal matters within a consistent overall framework that ensures efficiency and high quality deliverables. The Legal Project Manager will work closely with matter teams to support the efficient management of client engagements throughout the full matter lifecycle and identify opportunities to provide enhanced efficiency and quality in service delivery through alternative uses of people, processes, and technology. This position can be based in San Francisco or Palo Alto.


  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Paralegal Certificate or J.D. preferred
  • 3-5 years of project management experience within a professional, consulting or legal services environment
