The Sr. Strategic Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing creative pricing solutions and implementing project management best practices to ensure that the Firm meets its financial goals. The Firm is currently building a high-caliber, experienced team that is able to respond to the needs of attorneys and clients. This position is bsaed in Washington, DC and reports to a Manager in London.
The Sr. Strategic Pricing Analyst will work with a variety of key stakeholders, both attorneys and staff, to support the development of profitable pricing solutions in response to client RFPs and informal pricing requests; Serve as a key resource for the business and client development teams; Ensure fee proposals are consistent with the firm’s strategic goals and appropriately capture value; Advise and educate attorneys on the potential risks and reward of alternative fee arrangements, such as fixed fees, partial and full contingent matters, and blended rates; Assist with the development of financial tools, processes and best practices in relation to the pricing and business development process.
