The Staff Recruiter will drive the recruiting efforts for the California offices of a major national law firm. This is a great opportunity for an agency person to join a prestigious and expanding law firm.

The position can be based in San Francisco (preferred), Silicon Valley, or Los Angeles.  

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with talent acquisition to source and recruit for California operations
  • Interact with hiring managers to determine needs and priorities
  • Draft, post, and manage job descriptions in various media
  • Interview and assess candidates
  • Assist with recruiting efforts for other offices as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior recruiting experience, including sourcing candidates
  • Legal agency experience is a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities with multiple internal contacts
