The Global RFP/Proposal Leader will focus on leading and coaching partners through a process to win the firm’s largest and most strategic opportunities. This person is responsible for managing the entire RFP lifecycle including assessing the opportunity, recommending a go/no-go decision, establishing project timelines and protocols, developing win themes and client messaging, creating compelling written and visual content, preparing the response team for in-person client presentations, and conducting win/loss client debriefs. This role will act in a consultative fastion to the Parnters in assuring they are prepared for client pitch meetings. This position can be based in Los Angeles, New York or London.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is requried. A minimum of five (5) years’ related experience leading proposal teams and developing and managing credentials, proposals, tenders or other written sales tools along with at least three (3) years’ relevant work experience in a law firm environment is desired. Candidates should have experience working in a team pitch environment and experience utilizing pitch management tools.
