Our client is actively seeking a Pricing Manager to be based in their Washington, DC office. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for advancing the Firm's strategic pricing capabilities and enhancing the existing analytics function. This role will track and measure firm and client performance for alternative fee arrangements. Evaluate pricing requests in RFPs and formulate appropriate pricing reponses. Collaborate with internal teams to design and monitor performance against client/matter budgets, tiered client fee structures, and key performance metrics.
Identify areas for improved productivity and efficiency including analysis of staffing leverage, revenue realization costs of service deliveries, and performance against established quality metrics.
Develop user-friendly tools for capturing critical profitability data. Manage and assign the daily workload of the team.
A Bachelor’s degree in related field or education/experience equivalent. MBA, JD, or other related advanced degree preferred. A minimum of five years of related experience conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and preparing/analyzing matter budget data. Must have experience performing comprehensive analyses of financial data (including profitability analyses) and developing financial models and reports. Prior supervisory experience in a professional services firm. Must have experience with financial budgeting software, reporting and modeling tools, or business intelligence packages. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Project, and PowerPoint; experience with SQL and Aderant preferred.
